Explore the body’s biomechanics and an individualized approach to training. We focus on modifying your training based on your daily state that mainly are due to your sleep quality, breathing, nutrition and movement levels. By receiving coaching outside of your session my goal is to keep you in touch with your best self. The integrative approach allows for not only movement and exercise as medicine but understanding the roles of sleep, nutrition and even breathing as part of the recovery and body’s adaptation capabilities.
