Nicolas is fantastic - he is both a personal trainer and a physiotherapist, his kinesiology background is amazing and helps with both. I have been working with him for over 2 years and I my overall health and mobility has improved so much in that time. He’s an expert in back problems, and great to work with. He helped me through some tough years in which I didnt excercised / used my back back the right way. After a couple of months I’m stronger & my muscles are more balanced, which resulted in less back issues.

Back then, I had never done weight-training and it was intimidating when I started.
