The Guidance program

1x is enough to get someone guided and that is self-disciplined and committed to progress into their goal quickly. The programming will flow easily and every week a new challenge is to be tackled to ensure growth into the individual’s goal. Let’s be real, this is not for someone that wants magical results to occur because they have a personal trainer. It’s for the fast learners, or someone that can be patient in the process of connecting the neurological and muscular system.

Support Level

The Support program

2x is enough to learn at a fast pace. To get feedback from me will allow you to fine tune your learning process quickly and progress fast. More opportunities to fine tune the cueing and optimize your biometrics through lifestyle coaching which will encourage a quick physiological adaptation. With the whoop strap being included we are certain to track what is working for you and what is not. Additional stool testing, blood work and referral to a functional medicine doctor can be arranged to address dysfunctions that cannot just be resolved with exercise based prescription. This is a good way to start working out with good discipline so that you can complete your 2 other workouts per week!

Optimized Level

Optimization

3x per week training is the ideal situation to get you to where you need to get to. With self-discipline when outside of the gym with a good diet all is possible. You will definitely be training to hit your targets with an optimized scheme. It is for the person that needs the extra push during the whole journey and needs extra support. You might have simply the need to reach your goals much more quickly or you could be someone that has a an imbalance in your life such as a high stress job or a chronic injury that needs to be considered in the training equation.
