The Guidance program
1x is enough to get someone guided and that is self-disciplined and committed to progress into their goal quickly. The programming will flow easily and every week a new challenge is to be tackled to ensure growth into the individual’s goal. Let’s be real, this is not for someone that wants magical results to occur because they have a personal trainer. It’s for the fast learners, or someone that can be patient in the process of connecting the neurological and muscular system.
The Support program
2x is enough to learn at a fast pace. To get feedback from me will allow you to fine tune your learning process quickly and progress fast. More opportunities to fine tune the cueing and optimize your biometrics through lifestyle coaching which will encourage a quick physiological adaptation. With the whoop strap being included we are certain to track what is working for you and what is not. Additional stool testing, blood work and referral to a functional medicine doctor can be arranged to address dysfunctions that cannot just be resolved with exercise based prescription. This is a good way to start working out with good discipline so that you can complete your 2 other workouts per week!
